They were prompt and courteous. They took great care with or belongings and helped us move stuff around to get to the walls. They dried our house out very well. They always called and showed up on time. They even helped us get a letter to send to our insurance company.
Description of Work: They dried out of walls and floors after a broken pipe.

Description of Work: We used Butler Restoration to clean four rooms in a rental property. There was a stain in the carpet that they couldn't remove so they moved one piece from one room to another.

+ -1 moreWe used a coupon for $99 - LR, DR, 3 bedrooms. Jeff called us to let us know he finished his prior job later than expected but was on his way. He was very professional, worked very hard to treat spots on our carpet, and carpet looks great! Our cost was $99 but we decided to have some rooms treated with scotchguard and bought some spot cleaner (which we requested). The scotchguard was missing from the truck (a negative) but Jeff went to get it and came back later the same day (a positive). We will definitely use Butler again.

Most all of the damage was to the kitchen ceiling and floor and the upstairs bathroom where the leak originated. I like that they did exactly what they said that they would and even went above and beyond in ensuring the quality of their work. They were here promptly and did the work very quickly and efficiently considering the amount of work that they did.
Description of Work: We had a pretty bad water leak in our kitchen and these guys came in and cleaned everything up. They set up blowers to dry everything up cut out damaged sheet rock and pulled up the carpet and re-installed it when they were finished.
