We got several bids from several different plumbers. Meeting with and talking to Chris is what sealed the deal. Chris was great to work with. Great attitude. Very knowledgeable. Very trustworthy. We could not be more pleased with the results. Price was very fair and workmanship was top notch. Passed all inspections with compliments from the inspector. Will 100% hire again.

Excellent!! So glad we chose them. Had our water main replaced from the meter to the house. Chris was able to get us scheduled in under a week from the initial consultation. Fast work and fair price. Work complete in under 4 hours. Very professional & knowledgeable too. Thank you guys!!!

Extremely well. They responded on a Saturday morning (!!) to fit us in before their other jobs. The installation was uneventful, cleanup was excellent. They carefully explained the significant increase in cost as well as the larger diameter (still 40 gallons) - the cost and size change was due to Federal regulations. To me, it looks like more insulation due to efficiency/energy conservation regulations (not a bad thing.) And - no problem applying an Angie's List 5% discount coupon. Once again, a great experience.

Very prompt and took appx a little over an hour to complete. Highly recommend.

.As I stated above, Bruce solved the problem and saved me probably close to $250.
When I called them on Friday I talked with David (I think)..He said he couldn't get somebody out until Monday and they would call to schedule a time...Sure enough they called in the morning and said Bruce would be out approx. 12 noon...Bruce called at approx. 11:45 and said he was on the way. When he repaired the faucet; he showed me and quot;exactlyand quot; what to do if it happened again which he said it probably would in maybe 5 years or so. He also showed me what he did as I observed him apply the torch and break things apart to replace what was bad.
This is without a doubt, the and quot;bestand quot; experience I have ever had with a Plumbing Company since my old plumber retired last year..We had been using him for over 20 years as I hope we will continue using KIME just as long.
I might also add that the only reason I picked KIME was from the reviews I looked at on Angie's List...Without that I would have probably paid over $250 for work that did not need to be done. I totally recommend KIME and Angie's List !!!

Kime Plumbing was on time for the appointment, fixed the leak and charged a fair price. I was very pleased with the services provided.

Kime is top notch. Called them to fix a water leak outside the meter box at a rental. Cold as h*** but they had it dug up and repaired within a day of calling. Billed exactly what he quoted. I use him on all my rentals. He has given me referrals if he is too busy, from time to time, to get my repair done. Honest and quick.

They were responsive, punctual and they did not charge me a lot for the work. They are reasonably priced. They were professional because they came in uniform. They did a good job and did it quickly. I spent under $100 on that work.
