It went great! They found a way to do it faster than estimated time, so cost us less than the estimate.

One of Boyer's employees (Chuck) did an excellent job on the items he worked on. The other employee left a mess in the basement and failed to repair everything. In addition, he damaged a drain pipe which he failed to repair correctly. This caused a flood in the basement the next time it rained. When the owner came out to address the problems he spent his time telling me about what a great job they had done and bragging about how they do work on million dollar houses. The problems were eventually fixed (thanks mostly to Chuck), but not before the owner accused me of trying to get a free job and threatening to sue me. I will not use Boyer plumbing again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Both the owner and his guys that did the work were very friendly and competent in what they were doing in just under 3 hours.

Woke up to water pooling under the water heater.  Called Boyer after the plumber I had previously used quoted me an outrageous price (and told me it would take 1-2 days to complete).  The owner, Loren, called and set up a time with me, that same afternoon.  They showed up right on time, and had the old tank removed and the new one in place in about an hour.  They were friendly, fast, clean, and made the whole process a breeze.
Great work, fair prices, super nice guys, and I had hot water by afternoon!  I have nothing but great things to say about them, and they will absolutely be my plumbers from now on.

Broken water pipes broke, Backyard was a swamp. Boyer responded and repair an replaced water lines with minimum of mess.

Great! Excellent! They arrived earlier than expected and left two hours later. Replacing a waterheater is done at a fixed price, so no extra charges for travel time, parts, etc. This worked to my advantage since a part was needed that some places would have charged travel time there and back for the part. I had previously bot a disposal wchich they installed for less than $50 total. They also fixed a faucet in our bath that had bugged me for years at no charge! I love these guys!

The owner, Loren, was able to come out quickly for an estimate which was promptly emailed to me.

Loren called first thing the morning of the scheduled day to let me know what time they would arrive. Arrival was on time. Chuck who did the installation, was very experienced and did a neat, clean job. Took the morning to fish the line and install it. After the line install, my range did not slide back as far as it needed to since the range's recessed area was not as deep as some ranges. I called Loren and Chuck came back out and made some adjustments to how the line came through the wall. Range then slid all the way back. They readily came out and did not try to convince me why it wasn't necessary. Overall my experience with Boyer could be summarized as decent people doing good work at a fair price.

Replaced galvanized water line from meter to house with PEX . Replaced old gate valve with ball valve on copper pipe under house at no extra charge. Took about 2 1/2 hours from the time they got here till they left. Awesome work. My plumber from now on. Very professional.

As usual, Boyer did an excellent job. On time, on budget and done in about two hours. This is my regular plumber and will remain that way.

Everything went well. When I called the owner Loren Armstrong answered the phone.
friendly guy. I told him what I was needing to have done. He quoted me an estimate and the final bill was per estimate.
I asked how long it would take, because I have to pick up my niece after school. he said about 3 hrs, which is about what it took.
He scheduled my job for the first job in the morning, so i didn't have to worry about schedule conflict.
the plumber arrived when he said he would. got right to work and had both jobs done in the estimated time.
very careful not to make a mess and cleaned up afterwards.
I was very satisfied with Boyer Plumbing and the next time i need a plumber i will call on them.

We had a water leak in the wall that was soaking the floor under the linoleum in our bathroom which was not noticed until it migrated to the carpeted area in the next room. I called Boyer Plumbing and they came out the day I called. They came within a half hour of when they estimated. They found a pinhole leak in the copper line in the wall between our shower and tub. It took them only about 10 minutes to find it. They had it fixed within an hour and then pulled the toilet so that all the floor coverings could be removed to dry out the sub-floor. It was 3 months before we had the bathroom floors refinished to have the toilet reset, but they were very patient and came right out to reset it as soon as we asked.
They have helped with plumbing problems in the past at my son's house and at our house and have always been efficient and done a very good job.

We purchased a generator and in the process of deciding where to put it, etc., it was discovered that our propane line was very old and could be dangerous. Of course, we opted to have a new line put in and connected to the propane tank which had to be moved from our pasture to the back of our property. Loren Armstrong, Boyer Plumbing, suggested that we move the tank to save a lot of money as it would not require near the length of pipe, labor, etc. He and two workers showed up promptly and were actually done with the entire job by noon. He also coordinated with the propane company to get the tank moved on the same day so that we were not without hot water. He and his crew were totally professional, very friendly and knowledgable. It was a pleasure working with them. We would recommend them for any type plumbing job.Bob and Treva Stamps
