+ -1 moreAs he did the work, he reported back to the origianl builder but not me (the person that was paying him) that he was not fixing the problem, but doing a temporary repair. The builder told him it was okay since the house was being sold. Once I was able to gain access to the house I found there were leaks in the master bedroom because the necesary repairs were not done properly. I retained a stucco consultant and his report indicates Bolivar's "work was a temporary band aid at best." Based on the completion of his repairs, we closed on the house and I had to spend an additional $6000 to address a problem Bolivar failed to correct or advise me of at any point in time.
Description of Work: Bolivar Lath & Plaster was hired to make repairs to a house I was buying.
