More expensive than other vets for vaccination and trim. Also offered no multiple pet discount, I had 5 dogs and 2 cats. We were also charged new pet exam even though told them that we have just come from Australia where they had all had vet checks to be allowed to travel and enter the USA. All up over $400. Was also told no side effects from vaccine other than lump at site of injection, however, my cat became unwell and he either has had a reaction or possible injury during vaccination as he did move when injected. We did take him to the cat clinic he was very distressed. I did consult with Blair Doon when my cat first showed signs that something wasn’t right and was given pain relief for him. I did not see the vet, staff at counter gave me the medication. There was no follow up call to see how he was. I think this would have been a good idea since I was a new client and that he was unwell after receiving treatment from them, just as a courtesy. Otherwise they were very friendly.

Have went to Dr.Sullivan for about 30 years. She has saved many of my precious pets!

In my opinion they are the best Veterinary service provider in Wichita. We have been going there for years.

We have been taking our dogs to Blair Doon Vet Hospital for over 20 years. From helping us when our Boxers had puppies to putting down my 13 year old Chow Chow when her time had come. There was no final bill when my Chow Chow was put down because of her advanced arthritis, and a condolence card was even sent acouple of days later. The doctors and staff have always been friendly and professional, knowing us by name when we call. We wouldn't think of taking our "babies" anywhere else! If we had a complaint it would be lack of an Avian Vet (for our Cockatoo)

This was a very disappointing experience and we changed vets immediately after this. We had taken our cat in for regular veterinary care since kitten hood and the cat was on meds for a thyroid condition. At no time after the initial blood work was her thyroid level checked, nor did I realize that it should have been until I found out later that other vets do this to monitor the effectiveness of the medication. She had several symptoms that were urinary tract related that were reported to the vet, yet renal disease (which is so common in cats) wasn't diagnosed until she was very weak, had lost her appetite, could barely walk, and was near death. I would not recommend this vet to anyone although I have to admit that I know of others who have had better experiences.

My vet was very good. The doctors were very competent and very personable. They've got three vets and I've dealt with all three of them. I feel confident in their services. They've got the records for many cats back.

Everybody is nice and friendly. They are great with my dog and my daughter's dogs. They are highly experienced and perform great service.
