I am using a laptop to run my business, and it was really frustrating when it started running very slow. Not only that, I was also having trouble connecting to my home internet. Alex was friendly and professional - he cleaned up my laptop and explained that I had some viruses that were causing it to run slow. He also contacted my internet provider on my behalf and talked to them about the internet connection issue. My laptop has been running a lot better ever since Alex fixed it - I would recommend his service to everyone!
