The guy was very punctual, very courteous and very professional as far as the work. I wasn't happy with their service. They didn't get rid of the pest. They spray every other month. They were just ineffective.

Similarly, the and quot;Band quot; rating for and quot;professionalismand quot; would have been an and quot;Aand quot; had it not been for the front-office staff, whose lack of professionalism brought the grade down.

Always found the technicians in the field thorough, competent and friendly, though one sometimes had a promptness problem.



In all these years, I really feel the pest-control services were high-quality, and provided conscientiously.



However,, my problem was with the front office, and today, with one more incident, I finally gave up. At least Betts helped in the Sentricon transfer to another provider, but I am still angry.



Over years and years: payments they couldn't find or in one case didn't think was ever delivered, or payments they didn't submit correctly to the bank or credit card company until I complained. Or sending me a notice of changing Sentricon service in a big envelope with improper postage and no return address (causing me to drive 14 miles round trip and stand in a long line at the post office to pay 42 cents due) - the office staff too often just didn't show me competence.



One of my 'favorites' was when I dared to complain by sending them a 'FAX,' then them telling me they didn't get it before realizing they hadn't refilled their machine with paper! And when I complained of my problems, yeah, they sometimes said sorry, and even sent a small theatre or grocery gift card, but that notwithstanding I really truly feel the office staff didn't appreciate 15 years of steady business. If they had, this wouldn't have happened so much.



There are other fish in the sea, people.

Yes, he stuck with me till they where capture and the problem was over.

They are very professional.

I have been using their services for three and four years. They have been really good.

They spray inside and outside, garage, basement, around the house, and then outside around the house as well. We would use them again in the future.

The guy put the little things in the ground for termite bait, all the way around the house. When he was done installing everything, I noticed there was one lying in the back yard. I don't know if it was an extra one, or if it was supposed to go somewhere. I didn't mess with it. He said they'd be back in 90 days, which should be any day now, but I haven't heard anything from him. I have his card, so I'll give him a call and see what happens. Maybe they got busy, or maybe they fell asleep. I don't know. I'm a disabled vet on a fixed budget, so I find their price high. They're supposed to come back once a year to check their bait to see if any of it has been taken and that costs me another fee every year. I'm a little skeptical, and might just ditch the whole thing, because I now have my loan. Their work was good. They didn't leave a mess or anything, except for the one little thing they left behind. He put the things in the ground and put the dirt back where he found it. They were on time. One of the guys seemed like he was in a hurry to finish the job and leave. I wouldn't call the way he acted professional. I'm going to have to use them, because they have their stuff in the ground, and now they're going to have to service it. I don't think anybody else will service it. If this bait works, and it keeps the termites away, then it will have been a good investment.

They are on time. When they came today, they were ahead of schedule.

They are very friendly.

We never have a spiders or bugs in our home. We aren't home when they come. They keep us from having anything.
