Bob came out within an hour or two of my calling, gave me a great price, and came out first thing next morning to install it. Their price beat everyone else, and the quality was perfect. Amazing!

Called them on Tuesday morning. By 2:30 Tuesday afternoon cable was replaced and door was working perfectly. Bob came out and was great. I would recommend these people to anyone.

He did a good job. He was prompt, I thought the price was very reasonable and he replaced the springs as well and it works smoothly now. I was very pleased with him. I thought he was professional and well dressed and very pleasant to deal with.

Went great, same guy that took my previous opener down for me and installed a new opener at my old house installed 2 more openers at my new house and did a great job. I have 8 ft garage doors and 13 ft ceilings and they provided all of the angle iron. They gave me advice on what was needed days before the job so that I would have everything needed to make the install go quick and easy. Will definitely use Best Door for any service, repairs, or installations in the future.

The service was great, I called first thing in the morning and he was able to come out within an hour but I was unable to meet him them. I asked for a later appointment with a 20 minute advance phone call. He called me and met me at my house almost exactly 20 minutes later. I have normally used bigger named companies in the past but the 3+ day wait time is ridiculous. I will definitely use Best Door Service again in the future. I did go with the option of replacing both springs which was kind of an up-sell but it made sense knowing the aged of the current springs. He would have only replaced the broken spring had I not opted for the set. The 1 year warranty on the springs makes it worth it in my book. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend.
