Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come to the house and clear our washer drain. We have had this done multiple times and know approximately what it costs to have it done. Two guys showed up at the house l showed them where the drain in the utility room was and that it was backing up. I was asked who I had to this in the past. I told him Rooter Rooter. He said it would cost $289 to clear the drain. I asked if that was to clear the whole 105 feet of line. Because that is what we have paid to have the whole 105 feet on line cleared. Not just this one drain. He told me it was just to clear this drain. I told him he could leave. We paid Benjamin Franklin Plumbing $49 to come spend 3 minutes (he did not even check the drain) and give me an outrageous estimate. We will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!
