Issue recreated itself less than a week later & they were back out in a short time that worked for me, kept their promise of waived service call fee if had to come back & cleared the issue. Once again very happy with the tech that was out who was friendly, helpful, & finished up the job so I can do laundry again! Greatly appreciated the time & effort put in clearing up the issue as well as advice & in out on how to help avoid the issues going forward! Out within 2 days, quick service. Great customer service, the tech was friendly, helpful, and honest. Greatly appreciated his input.

Charged $250 after coupon for basic unclog of drain/snake.

To replace the T only 5 minutes. Replace the faucet about 30 minuets. I can't remember exactly how much they charged, but do know it was well over $800.00. Their pricing on supplies are at least 4 times what you would pay if you bought it yourself. I hired them because of health reasons, usually I would do all this myself, but can't anymore. If I did all the work myself, probably would have cost less than $50-60.00. Will never call for them again. I got taken to the cleaners by them once, won't happen again. I don't remember the date, but has been a few years. I just signed up on Angie's list a short time back, decided to post this in hopes someone else doesn't get taken to the cleaners.

They are fine, just a little more expensive. They have worked on our dehumidifier and our hot water heater before. They did great. They are great about coming right away.

Called them to clean out a drain. They quoted $350, then decided after scoping the line that they couldn't do it because they were afraid the clay pipe would collapse. Still charged me $350. When I called back and complained, I was told that was the price I agreed on. So basically, tough luck.
