I called the salon to make an apt for my daughter and myself at the same time. I wanted to use the same stylist and asked for whoever else was available that day for my daughter. When we arrived the young gal that was to cut my daughter's hair seemed surprised she was older. I told the receptionist my daughter was 13 and did not request a child's cut. She was irritated with the time it would take to cut her hair. I asked her to cut off 2-3" and give my daughter some medium layers. My daughter went home with her dad before I was done with my cut. When I got home she had visible split ends, NO layers, and her hair was crooked. Unfortunately I no longer have the picture I took of her hair. It had a visible 2" slant to one side. My daughter does tilt her head, like many teen girls, so I assume this is why but every stylist I've ever been to has straightened my head up.
As far as my cut goes, I also had visible split ends when I got home. And I saw a master stylist there. We won't be back. The date is approximate, it happened in mid-late May. And the approximate price was for 1 adult and 1 child cut.

The salon is incredibly welcoming and pleasant, the staff friendly and accommodating. My stylist, Laura, is perhaps the best stylist I've had in years. She is very skilled, responsive to my wishes and a pleasure to know. I have not had a negative experience of any kind at the salon. I believe that pricing varies with the stylist.
