Barb'S Pet Service

Barb met with me and my two dogs in my home to make arrangements for care.  She returned my call promptly, and arranged for my free planning visit the next day.  At this meeting she took clear note on my dogs' routine and behaviors.  She created a walking schedule that matched their normal daily schedule, coming in at 6am for the first walk.  She also informed me of which of her staff would be helping with some of the visits.  She followed up with an email containing my dogs pertinent information to ensure she had the information correctly.  One of my dogs needed medication and she had no problem with this.  
While we were away, she sent us text messages update with pictures (she had our permission).  She also rotated the lights that were on and off and picked up our mail.  When we returned she left a log of all visits and the times she was in.  I was very surprised to see that most visits were 45 minutes and one was over an hour.  She coordinated with us to make sure we arrived home as expected and came to pick up the key the next day.  I was home when she picked up the key and she was able to see our dogs.  They were so attached to her when she arrived and cried at the door when she left.
