Auto Masters LLC-Northwest Wichita

The work performed was completed in the time frame promised, although how much of the work was actually needed.

After getting my vehicle assessed by my insurance company who was there, I had Auto Masters do the work to repair the body and glass damage due to the hail storm.  After picking up the vehicle I noticed several missing parts (the hood liner was gone), unfinished work (did not reattach moldings under hood, missed haill dings, did not completely buff the vehidle after waxing it), broken peices which were not before the storm (hoot-mounted windshild sprayers had been broken then glued back into place as a fix--which in hot KS weather doesn't last long!) and defective parts on my vehicle (windshield glass).  I took the vehicle back for them to be addressed and they were willing to do the repairs.  (which included replacing the windshield a second time bc they put defective glass in it.)  After having some of the repairs finished, I had to bring the vehicle back again because parts had to be ordered--which is understandable.  Now, the windshield (which was replaced twice!) is leaking.

They were good. Price was fair. I would use them again.
