We were completely ripped off. We had to pay $2250 to move our belongings 5 miles to our new home. We don't live in a mansion...just a normal 1400 square foot house. We were told they would send 3 men, but they sent five without telling us it would cost more. When we inquired, they refused to refund part of the bill. Stay away from Apartment Movers.

Due to our circumstances we needed to move our furniture on short notice. They were able to move us on the date we needed with less than two weeks notice. The staff was professional and well trained, I hope I don't have to move again but if I did I would certaily consider Apartment Movers.

They stepped on my brand new Samsung washer and dryer while moving things out of their truck and dented both of them. The pair looks like it went through a hail storm. They attempted to take off the tops and put a piece of wood and hammer on the underside to see if they could beat it out, but could not. They informed us that they would be in touch regarding replacing the tops. However, it has been 3 months and they have not returned any of my phone calls. They did not charge us for the move, but that doesn't excuse the fact that they damaged my property. I will NOT be using them again and discourage anyone else from doing so.
