We contacted Chad in August of 2012 to get an estimate and ideas for replacing the current deck with a new structure and to extend the roof over it. We also wanted to enlarge our fenced in area to the side of the house and pour a concrete slab under the new deck. The project went well with each one being completed before the next one was started. During the project we also wanted a new patio door installed and Chad did an estimate for us and incorporated it into the project. Overall, the completed project looks great - took a little longer then we anticipated but there are always bumps and unexpected situations that happen during something like this and we are extremely satisfied with all that was done. Chad is very detailed is his work and takes pride in what he does and always was professional in his manner.The deck looks beautiful, which was the biggest part of the project and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
