I called to ask about my windshield being replaced because it had a large crack. They asked me to stop by because they needed to see if it had condensation sensor as well as auto rain sensor. I stopped by and they determined that it did have both and ordered the windshield. I went back to have it installed. It took about an hour. When I started my car the windshield wipers started running once every time I started the car and they didn't detect rain correctly. I called and took my car back in and they said there was some sap on the window preventing the sensor from working correctly. I didn't have any issues with the window wipers after that. Less than two weeks after the new windshield I noticed a rock chip in it and took it back and they fixed that at no cost and said it was covered under the warranty. I was happy about that.
However, I was not happy that when I came back to get my car I saw it sitting outside behind the shop with the drivers side window all the way down. When I started to walk into the shop it began to rain so I told them my window was down. They went out immediately and rolled it up. I did not like it that my car was left outside and it was not locked and had the window down. That is the only negative thing about this experience.

After receiving a very high quote from Safelite (250+), I decided to shop around. A friend had a very positive experience with mobile repair from this company, so I gave them a call. They were able to make a same day appt, had me in and out in less than 1 hour, and did a very great professional job, for a heck of a lot less than anyone else. I would highly recommend these guys.
