 + -1 moreThere is lots of forms and paperwork that is generated for any mortgage. Robert patiently guided us through everything we needed to complete. Our situation was a little different, in that we were not immediately selling our present house, and the new house we were purchasing was a For Sale By Owner, so we relied upon Robert for what forms were needed and when.
Description of Work: We used All Credit Mortgage to finance the purchase of our house.

 + -1 moreWe were refered to All Credit Mortgage by a friend, who recomended them highly. The loan application was quick and easy over the phone. The loan officer was very nice, and made it easy. He answered all our questions.We locked in a great rate, and closed ahead of time. We were very happy with our experience.
Description of Work: I refinanced my house to a much lower interest rate, and a 15 year amortization. The loan officer at the company was great. He was very knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my loan scenario. They took my loan application over the phone. It was quick and easy. We locked in a great loan rate, and signed the loan application. We closed ahead of schedule. We were very happy with our experience.
