Ted arrived on time and walked us through the entire process of how things go after your demise. We had already decided to both (my wife and I) have Direct Cremation with no embalming, viewings, funeral, memorial or anything else. Ted never tried to "talk us into" anything and accepted and honored our requests. He gave us a price list booklet as part of the briefing, but never referred to it. We had been expecting to be high-pressured by a salesman, since this is a business, but that didn't happen! He was kind, VERY helpful, friendly and we actually ENJOYED the way he took care of us. My wife had gone through obtaining services with a home in Topeka following her father's death, and didn't want to go through the high-pressure sales pitches again. We were BOTH pleasantly surprised with Ted and Affinity. Other businesses could learn a LOT from his example. I would wholeheartedly recommend pre-planning your "end-game" with Affinity Mortuary. We put it off for years, but finally took the important step and got it done. We got all our questions answered, learned a LOT, and got some really good advice about what to do to protect our assets! Their prices are VERY reasonable compared to the two others I researched online.
