First time around, the quality of drywall work was poor. For $399, I could've done the same job myself. Garage door put crack in wall. Drywall cut out. When mud dried, there was a big square. Looked worse than the crack. Minor indent in another wall, not filled well (overkill) and not sanded smooth. We repaired three smaller holes, which we asked them to improve appearance. Looked the same as before. A second repairman came out to fix areas, and all look much better. Fascia repair similar - work doesn't look that great. The company does guarantee it's work, but it was a time constraint to have multiple visits to get it right. Admin at company friendly and responsive.

I reserved 4 hours, and the jobs were performed in 2 hours. Handyman even swept and removed debris. Very friendly and quite professional. Will seriously consider for future projects.

Everything went very well. There ended up being some extra work that needed done. The plywood under 2 windows was bad and needed replaced. They stopped work immediately when they found the extra damage and had me look it over. I had them write me another estimate for the extra repairs. I approved the repairs and they went right then to get the materials to continue work. It was a day and a half of hard work that was worth every penny.

I emailed the company and they responded within less than an hour with a phone call. Stephanie is awesome at getting back with customers. She went over my punch list early the next morning, and was able to say they could do everything, and actually that Steve was in house and ready to dispatch. In the end we ended up having Steve do almost everything in 2 days of time. He was very professional, and the kids, dog and I were very comfortable in the house while he was here. He completed everything in a timely matter, and we were completely satisfied with the job that he did. It was also nice that he was able to add things to the list and rearrange the priority of the work that needed to be done. I say he almost finished things just because I could have kept him for another day, but our budget didn't allow for that. Overall, getting a handyman is an expense, however for the amount of work he did and as knowledgeable as he was about how to fix what we needed done, it was worth it. I would never hesitate to hire this company again for odds and ends done around the house.

I called Handyman Matters and they responded quickly to my request. They had someone available at a time that worked for my schedule. They arrived early and began work right on time. They gave me progress reports during the repair and followed up with me after the repair to ensure everything was working properly. I will definitely call them again.

One of our bath faucets would not turn off and unfortunately, we quickly realized there were no shut-off valves for the bathroom. Handyman Matters was able to come out immediately and get the fixture to turn-off.

It was completed in approximately 6 hours. They ran into some unforeseen issues since the new door was a bit smaller than the old one, but they were able to come up with an acceptable solution, and it looks great.
