When dropping of my tapes I was concerned about the professionalism but I did get my tapes back as well as the DVD's, which are professionally done and am grateful to have them in DVD form.  I was impressed that any notes I had attatched were kept with the proper tapes.  These old tapes were very important to me and I am pleased with all of the results.  I will definately use this service again.
