A To Z Construction

Long story and one I don't wish to remember.  My Dad is 84 and paid for his services and he is on limited income so the $1200 was very difficult for him to even pay.  I paid another $850 to finish the job.  It's a very sad story.  Just avoid him. I have photos that show the damages he did to my Dad's house.  The experience was horrible and he's extremely difficult to work with, even his "employees" ended up not working for him, after all they weren't really his employees.  I'm sure he will be out of business soon, if not already.

We kind off ran into the owner Mr. Gutierrez and we told him what and all has to me done and we started talking. The quality of the work was nice because there was a set of things that we thought were less than perfect and were needed to be changed. The price was great because the value of the home went up more than the cost of the basement.

The repair was finished in a reasonable amount of time (Wichita's recent tornado was in the mix) and I was satisfied with their work and cleanup.  They even cleaned out my guttering which was not a part of the bid.

I was most impressed at A to Z's willingness to be present when the adjuster came to visit as it turned out there is a complete different language in the roofing industry. A to Z Construction was able to translate the roof-speak and give us all the details; we learned a lot. Their all local to Wichita, employee team came out in all matching shirts and worked hard to complete the job in short order. They left our property very clean and I was so impressed that I left their sign in our yard for weeks hoping my neighbors would use A to Z for their roof repairs so I wouldn't have to listen to the horror stories about other roofing companies and their out of town subcontracted crews putting on new roofs that leak.

Danny took our description of what we wanted in a basement and brought our ideas to life. He and his crew handled all the details while keeping in mind budget and home life. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with him. Even when an electrician disappeared and failed to complete his portion before the dry wall went in, Danny found another team to complete the work with no up charges to our contract even though I know it cost more than he expected. The finished basement estimated at $22,000 in value. I have and will continue to recommended this team to our friends. Thanks A to Z Construction!
