 + -1 moreThey were over an hour late with no response. Loaded the truck without tying anything down, 6 pieces of furniture and new refrigerator we're damaged. No response in 3 weeks to get it resolved.

 + -1 moreWe hired A to B movers to load our things from storage and unload at our new place. We hired them in advance, money was not to be paid until the job was complete. They never contacted us, we tried calling them several times prior to and on moving day and only ever got voicemail. They never showed up to do the move and we still never heard anything from them. We were forced to find other movers at the last minute because our uhaul had already been rented. I do NOT recommend that anyone EVER hire this company for they're services. They are unprofessional and obviously don't care about running a good business!

Description of Work: I contacted A to B to pack a U-Haul trailer and we agreed on a price and time. The next morning an hour before they were scheduled to arrive I got a call letting me know they were running behind which is 5-star in itself because they are proactive when things are not going as planned. | |I figured it would take a few hours to load all the little stuff and was very surprised that the crew of 2 men had it packed in under an hour with double what I would have been able to squeeze into it. Everything rode perfectly for the 900 mile trip and if I ever need loading/packing services in their area in the future they will be my first call!!
