A M PLUMBING

AM Plumbing installed our soft water system in our new home. I paid an extra $250.00 for this professional installation. When we moved in I turned on the soft water system and walked away not thinking anything would go wrong. It was professionally installed, RIGHT! The system is set for regeneration at 2am. So the next morning I went downstairs and discovered that the carpet in the corner of the rec. room was flooded. I went into the utility room where the softener was and found the discharge hose was out of the floor drain. I found that the plumber failed to tie down the discharge hose to the floor drain. So when the softener regenerated at 2am. the force of the draining water popped the hose out of the drain causing it to lay against the wall to the rec. room and drain into the rec. room. Did I mention that this was professionally installed in a brand new house! I am still waiting for my refund. This was far from a professional job.
