The woman who answered was really nasty, she wanted me to pay her to come out give to give an estimate. It is not what she said but the way she said it, just rude.

Excellent contractor! They followed up quickly with an estimate after my original call. We suggested a more expensive repair (not knowing what the options were), and this contractor was honest about the scope of work needed on our house - which was smaller than we thought. They completed the work within the time they estimated, and they consulted with us when they encountered additional issues (such as a door frame in need of repair) to see how we'd like them to handle that. Very transparent about costs and did excellent quality work. Responsive to phone calls. The final cost was higher than the original estimate, but only because the team completed extra repairs that we requested that hadn't originally been in the bid.
