Poor quality of work resulted in extensive damage to home.  Company wasn't concerned about the damage until contacted by insurance.  Accused the homeowner of fraud after insurance company contact. ( Insurance company provided on site damage assessment with little homeowner input.)  After insurance settlement Heinen damanded payment for faulty work.

It can be hard to get an appointment with Heinen PHE, but it is worth your extra effort.  Owner Jerry Heinen is bad about delegating scheduling to his office staff and he is famously bad about returning phone calls.  BUT, pays to connect with Jerry to get your job done right the first time.  My advice is to call between 8am-10am when he is in his shop to schedule his crews for the day or 5-6pm when he is organizing the end-of-day business to reach the real live him.  
Jerry's Heinen PHE rates are not cheap, but he saves my customers lots (LOTS) of money by fixing the right things in the best possible way the first time.  I have a file of many, many experiences of mis-diagnosis by others for various problems that Jerry fixed for a tiny fraction of their fees by attacking the problem from a smarter direction than others had proposed.
It's not just about saving money.  Jerry's designs for routing hvac duct work or plumbing are so clever that his work is often invisible compared to others.  His electrical systems solve problems most of us don't even know need to be solved.  
Jerry Heinen and I have worked together hundreds and hundreds of times on hundreds of properties in my care over the last 35 years.  I have never been disappointed by Heinen PHE and that's saying a lot.

He, (I can't remember his name) came on Tuesday September 9, 2014 about 8:45am. He checked the furnace
and air conditioner, cleaned out what needed to be cleaned out. He said he had to order a part to replace the burner unit. It would be in in a few days. They called about a week later exactly and said the part was in and if he could come out again that morning. He was there within about 15-20 minutes. It did not take long to put the part in and everything was working just fine. It only cost $265.00 for both trips out, the part and the labor! My husband and I were very happy. It was not a bad price for everything. I would recommend Heinen to anyone who needed work done on their air conditioner or furnace.

The owner, Jerry Heinen, came within 2 days of my call, assessed the problem, and gave me an estimate.  He returned within a couple of days and brought some young men with him that did the work.  It was not a complicated problem, but I was satisfied with the work, the speed of response, and it was all in all a good experience.  There was also some electrical work involved.

The Heinen repairman was very professional and friendly.   We were extremely pleased with the services provided, the price, and the professionalism of the repairman.  Prior to this call, Heinen had also replaced our hot water heater and our kitchen disposal in the past.  Again,  the service call for those installations and the price was very reasonable and professional.  I would highly recommend Heinen for any of the services they provide.

They were willing to do anything we needed. They were very flexible. They helped us get our water turned on in the house. They were awesome. They respond within hours of my call. I have used them several times. They are very nice people. They are professional. I am using them again in the near future.
