WAG'EN TAIL RANCH BOARDING

Our bull terrier loves to go visit this kennel! They take excellent care of him, he gets plenty of exercise and actually eats while there.

When he was a puppy we used both their private and general classes for training...highly recommend....not all trainers truly understand this breed of dog.

I was very reluctant to board my dog anywhere. He is seven years old and is very attached to me and our home. All of my friends who normally watched Toby were also attending the same out-of-state wedding that we were. As we entered the office, we were greeted by an employee who welcomed us and pulled our paperwork. I asked to see the building where Toby would be kept. I was delighted to see a clean, well-maintained area. Each good-sized kennel had it's own doggie-door which led to a and quot;runand quot; for each dog. Also, in each kennel was a small raised area for sleeping. When I told them Toby did not use a doggie-door, they told me that they would prop the door open so that he would be able to get outside. The grounds of the facility were well-kept and had a farm-like feel.



Although it was difficult to leave Toby with strangers and in an unfamiliar place, I felt much better after visiting with the staff and touring the facility.



Three days later when we picked Toby up, he was happy to see us, but was relaxed, clean and behaving normally.



To sum it up, we would highly recommend Wag'en Tails Ranch to anyone needing to board their pet in the Wichita area.

They provided me with a tour of the facility prior to bringing my dog. I took my young shepherd into their facility, they were courteous and professional. She was provided with exercise and play time. The kennels were large and not confining, with a long outdoor run attached. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to board their dog at a quality place. I was even presented a and quot;report cardand quot; of her stay.

He's a Bull Terrier and I have do the playground and all of that and Wag'en Tail Ranch Boarding takes very good care of him. A lot of the kennels when they see the Bull breeds freak out or don't know what to do with them and mine's just a big wuss. He comes home and he's clean unlike some other kennels. He's happy and hasn't lost weight and is willing to go and is calm. I've picked him up from some kennels and their just hanging off the walls or haven't been eating. He's like it's no big deal when I drop him off. They also do grooming, but I've never had him groomed. He's short haired and is real easy to do. They're the only kennel around here I use.

I started my dog with individual classes I really wanted him to walk on a leash without pulling. He went to two sessions then started basic obedience class he worked in the class with other dogs getting his social skills at the same time. If there are particular issues with a dog she would address each individually. If the parent needed some help or a break she used her skills and worked with them too, she is very in tune with whats going on and there was usually a simple solution. Follow up homework and practice are necessary they are open to calls and emails about problems that occur between classes. Facility was super nice and lots of other classes too.
