Dry Cleaning Service
The work was well done, but even with a discount card, it was still too expensive.

Dry Cleaning Service
Their drive-up service is very convenient. They get your dry cleaning back to you the next day. You don't have to wait two or three days. It's always a 24 hour turnaround. They make it very convenient to use them. They do a great job. They keep all your information on file. You drive up under the awning and they come out and get your order and off you go.

Dry Cleaning Service
This was my first visit to a Tide Dry Cleaners, a national franchise.
When I arrived a customer was explaining that three of the five pants he dropped off for cleaning were not the same pants Tide returned to him.
Not a confidence builder, but I stayed nonetheless.
I asked that my three shirts have “cowboy” (extra-extra heavy) starch.
The request was clearly marked on the ticket.
When I picked them up I said it didn’t feel like cowboy starch, in fact it didn’t feel like any starch at all.
The courteous reply was “…oh, I think it has some starch.”
Of course there is always an opportunity to do-it-over.
For me, doing it “right” in the first place would have been the better option, so I declined the offer.
When I dropped off the shirts I was told I would receive a 35% discount as a reward for being a first-time customer.
When I picked up the shirts, I had to ask for the discount; apparently it is not automatic.
A bit “pricey” for less-than-exceptional service.
Oh well…it’s just laundry for goodness sake and at $2.45 per shirt it's not the largest price I've ever paid to be disappointed
The store is clean and tidy and I am certain all the national-franchise requirements are perfectly followed.
I appreciate that the work is done on-site.
It’s nice to know that a 24-hour pick up service is available.
Tide offers an on-line follow-up survey rewarded with a discount on a subsequent visit.
They advise it takes ten-minutes.
It has questions you must answer to continue with the survey even though they regard services not performed.
It's annoying to "have" to rate something you didn't receive..
It concludes with questions pertaining to demographics: age; gender; ethnicity; income, and so on.
Again, you must answer in order to continue.
To me that says they're ultimately more interested in their target market than the actual worth of their goods and services
That’s a deal-breaker for me and I quit the survey.
Would I recommend Tide Cleaners?
Sure...you could do worse...

Dry Cleaning Service
They're very good and very professional. We've been very pleased with them. They clean the clothes adequately or very well. We wish everything was cheaper.
