The only negative things I have to say are about the store, not the installers. I put down a $1k deposit for the carpet and the installer came to measure. After the measure I was told the store would be in touch with me. I waited 2 weeks and never heard anything so I called them. I was told the carpet was on order and they would get in touch with me later that day about an install date. Several more days later I finally got a call and was told the install date was already set. I had no input before they set it and I ended up having to re-schedule it. Communication from the store needs to be a lot better. On the other hand, the installers were prompt, professional, and did a great job. I don't know how long carpeting is supposed to take but it was a 6-7 hour project for 600-700 sq ft, which seems reasonable to me.

Project was done well and quickly. In hindsight I would have purchased new trim around several of the rooms.
