Talbot Plumbing

We are new homeowners and we noticed that our hot water heater was suddenly leaking water like crazy... it was flowing out so quickly that it was splashing the drywall near it. We saw that there was a sticker affixed to the hot water heater with Talbot Plumbing and a phone number. We called at around 1:00 today (a snowy Saturday) and Bobby answered. I described what was happening and he pinpointed the problem immediately. He walked me through which and how to turn the valve to stop the flow of water into the hot water heater and said he could come out right away. He also had me text him a picture of the hot water heater. He was here by 2:00 and replaced the T&P valve. He described how and why it needed to be replaced and taught us a little about the hot water heater. It's now 2:30 and we are all set. Talk about a quick solution! We were really impressed by his prompt response and how quickly and professionally he handled our problem. We will absolutlely use him again should the need arise. Thanks, Bobby! Great service, good attention to detail. Installed a new high efficiency water heater that utilizes a power venting system. Removed old heater and left a clean workspace behind. Showed me all the instructions on how to relight and operate the device before he left. Will use his services again soon for other plumbing issues.
