Stables/Horse Boarding, Horseback Riding Lessons
I have had my horse at Nuss Equestrian Centre since 2008. Six years later and we are still there and plan on staying.
The stable owner provides horse training, riding lessons and horse boarding. I love that they treat each horse as an individual.
For the first few years, I paid for a stall, but my mare was still taken out to a grassy paddock every day, weather permitting. In the last few years, my mare now spends the majority of her time outside with a shed for shelter, but I never have to worry about her during inclement weather. If it is going to storm or snow really bad, the staff bring in the horses to spend the night inside the barn.
And the barn is beautiful. It has a large indoor arena, wash rack and tack room. The entire barn facility is gorgeous. My only complaint would be the lack of trails in the area.
The stable owner is really good with the horses and easy to work with. She is flexible about days and times for riding lessons. She even allows horse owners to trailer their horse in for a few days or even just for a lesson.
My mare has also required special medications and the owner has been willing to help administer it so I do not have to make a special drive over.
I highly recommend Nuss Equestrian Centre and will continue to board my horse there.
