I was given a bid for some drywall repair to the ceiling of our lakehouse, but Mr. Milsap kept delaying the date he was to start the work from the initial 2 weeks; out to over 4 weeks. We then experienced a second storm Memorial Day weekend that needed additional drywall repair work, but even after repeated attempts to contact him to ask when he could get to us, he did not respond back, other than "ok".
