Mr. Welch is a full time attorney who has operated his own garage for decades. When I learned the local Honda dealer had been unable to diagnose the problem with their Honda customer's car and sent them to Mr. Welch I was sold on trying his garage. Later, after an oil change, when he called me and asked me to return to his garage right away I learned that his helper had failed to re-install the rubber washer in front of the filter. Excepting for warranty work he has gotten all of my business in the last 11 years.
