Animal Removal
Yes, I recommend this pro
$130
Rick, I don't know if he is the owner or employee. Showed up when he said he would.  Seemed to really know what he was doing. Told me over the phone before he came out the cost was $129 for setting the trap and $59 for each animal caught.  Before Rick came out, I could hear the raccoon in my attic. He set the trap on top of the roof in area with evidence of raccoon activity.  I never heard the raccoon in my attic again.  after 5 nights without the trap being tripped, Rick and I agreed that the animal was not currently in my attic. He replaced the vent screen in the soffet the c*** had torn out and removed the trap. since we didn't catch the animal, if the animal came back within 30 days of when the trap was removed. there would not be a charge for resetting the trap, but would be a charge for an animal caught. seems reasonable to me
