He put some covering on the carpet in front of the fireplace which I thought was nice because he didn't get it all dirty. Then he did give me the extra information about the outside part of the flue on top there; about how the cover didn't look like it was really keeping the rain water out that well, and so there was a chance that the rain would be coming down the flue and rusting things up.
