Cathy did a great job cleaning. I am sorry to lose her. Their professionalism is not so good. My cleanings were scheduled for Friday mornings. Several times they would call and ask me to reschedule to Friday afternoons. After this happened s number of times, I told the manager I was not willing to switch my schedule again. This week he called and asked me to switch schedules again.. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I was tired of rearranging my schedule to accommodate this company.I called and cancelled the service. There was also an issue with my bill. There was some confusion about the amount I was paying. They charge extra for mopping and I needed this done. He told me it would be 5.00 more and I agreed. When the charge appeared on my credit card, it was an extra $8.00.

2 person crew cleaned my house. Had some pain medication bottles on the counter. I noticed that they had been moved after the cleaning, and my intuition was to count the pills inside. There were 12 pills missing from a 30-pill bottle.
The next week I planted some fake pain medication inside the same bottle and 2 were stolen during the cleaning. There is no question who took the 2 pills.
I called to complain. They were apologetic, but it doesn't make up for the fact that I had medication stolen by their employees!

The two-member team arrived exactly on time. They brought their own materials. Both worked diligently throughout the morning.

She arrives after noon every other Wednesday. She has an order in which she cleans: bathrooms first, then bedrooms, living room
and kidchen. She does everything I ask of her.

Cleaning is fairly good, not exemplary and depends on the person doing the cleaning, I think. Always punctual, always show up. Professionalism seems to depend on the person doing the cleaning, but all are fairly cheerful and polite. I keep going to them because they are cheaper than some services and their # is on my fridge. But I would definitely be on the lookout for someone who cleans in extreme detail. And you must book in advance, not available with little - no notice but they do have waiting lists.
