I have a 1999 Toyota Corolla that I drive one to two times a week. This was my first time to take any of our cars to this service center. They fixed the power windows and locks and thankfully four months later they are all still working fine. They also diagnosed a leak the car was having as being a cracked radiator. They put in a brand new radiator and so far it is still working well and there is no more leaking. However, shortly after I picked it up from the shop I noticed a rattling noise whenever I would go to start or shut off the car. When I finally investigated, I found that they had not properly screwed down the brackets that hold the radiator in. They were what was causing the rattling noise. My dad tightened them down and even had to put in a new rubber piece under one of the brackets because it was missing. The rattling noise immediately went away after that and has not returned.
The service center also diagnosed that the fuel throttle sensor needed replaced. They attempted to replace it twice, cited that each time they tried to replace it that the new one burned up, stopped their attempts, put the old one back on and advised us to take it to the Toyota dealership. Since they could not fix the problem they did not charge us for the diagnosis fee which I thought was nice.
The reason I am giving them a C rating overall is because of not only the brackets that were not properly tightened over the radiator and missing rubber piece but because of some other details they did not attend to well. When I went to pick up my car, there was broken car window glass on the driver's side floor board. My car did not have broken windows when I took it in or broken glass anywhere. Perhaps a window was broken at some point and when they were removing parts of the door to repair the locks and windows some old glass fell out. Regardless, it should have been vacuumed up prior to me picking up my car. In addition, there were gray grease marks on my gear shifter and my front passenger seat. It was grease from a mechanic's hands that no one bothered to clean up before I picked my car up. And lastly, there was a small cover missing off of a mechanism near my gear shifter. When I asked them about it they went and looked, said they couldn't find it anywhere and that it must have gotten thrown away. What?? You threw away a piece of my car's interior? Thankfully it is a small piece and just cosmetic but still, that is not ok. One of the mechanics said he would try to find me a replacement cover at a salvage yard and did follow up with me once or twice by phone but said he could never find one. I haven't heard from him again since the last time he called and said he would continue looking. The staff there were all friendly when I dealt with them but the loose radiator brackets, broken glass on the floor, grease marks, and missing cover are all enough to make me not take any of our cars back there again. I was not impressed with their lack of attention to detail.

I had taken my vehicle to a couple different auto repair shops, including a dealer, and they were unable to fix my problem but happily accepted a lot of my money. I took my vehicle to Washburn Auto and they worked for a couple days and finally figured out the problem. They were a lot of help and actually cared about fixing the problem and not just the money they would make off me. The cost of fixing the problem was a lot cheaper at Washburn Auto as well. I now do all my auto repairs and regular vehicle maintenance there. I have been very pleased with the service and the friendliness of everyone working there.

They've worked on our family vehicles for the last six years.   Tires, brakes, repair work and inspection of vehicles that I consider purchasing.  I do a lot of work on my own vehicles but I trust them for the stuff that I don't have time for, or that I can't do myself.   The employee turnover rate is really low which speaks volumes to me about their work environment.  I'm on a first-name basis with the service writers.  I won't take my vehicles anywhere else to have them worked on.
