The Piano Master LLC

Paid $325 to move an upright piano from one house to another and for subsequent piano tuning. Have set up three different appointments for the tuning and he was a no-show every time. Excuses include car accidents, etc. Never a phone call to cancel or reschedule. This week he didn't show for an appointment and our kids' nanny, who was waiting for him to come, called to ask what was going on. She expressed her understandable frustration at his repeated no-shows, and he hung up on her. She called right back and he let it go to voice mail. I called him myself to find out why he keeps no-showing, and why did he hang up on our nanny. He said: "Your maid is a f*cking b****". I asked that he refund the already-paid fee for tuning so I can have someone else do it. Still waiting for that check, not optimistically.
