Terminix - Topeka -Termite & Pest Control

Worst customer service I have experienced.

I have been dealing with LIES from this company since MAY!!!! Topeka, KS office did not perform the services I PAID FOR, and the manager Jeff, is rude and definitely NOT customer service friendly!! His branch manager Daniel is NO better with his lies!! I was told 8/15/24 I would see a FULL REFUND for their services NOT RENDERED and possibly even more for the unprofessional ways. It is now 9/3/24 and I have received NO Money, plus have to continue to pay the monthly payment so our credit isn't destroyed due to their INCOMPETENCE!!! I have sent messages and called every day since the beginning of August and now having to retain an attorney as they continue to IGNORE my refund. As I told you Daniel, word of mouth goes a long way and I do have a big one!

If they find termites, they'll treat for no cost and if there's damage, they'll repair it at no cost to us. They were very courteous and professional so that's good. We've renewed every year for the last 7 years.

It was good. They have been good and consistent. They have taken care of us. They have been reliable. We haven't had any issues. The price is high; it is probably average.

They are really nice. I would use them again in the future.

I pay Terminex per visit for pest control services.  I feel the price is a little steep but they provide good service.  I have not compared their price to other companies lately.  If we make a call to them for service they will come out and address the issue at no extra charge between regular services.  They do send us an email before they come, they are rather broad in times to expect them to arrive. 

After finding out that we were infested, i calledeveryone looking for estimates because this is an expensive problem. Teminix was not the cheapest but within our range and i choose them partially because of a good reputation (Based o their constant advertising ). With terminix, communication was ALWAYS an issue. They would go days before calling me back, and only take phone messages, never answering their phone directly. I finally got them to show up. They had said all pets and we needed to be gone for the afternoon, but upon arrival said stay... no problem and oddly they only took an hour. Since that time, i have had to call them back twice due to more bedbugs and spiders. Now I even had to go on contract because the bedbugs continue but terminix at least seems to be blocking the from coming downstairs and infesting the living space. I should add that all this took place in out guest quarters and we have not been able to occupy that part of the house but hope that (according to lit.) they will all die if no food in a YEAR. I hope they really will die because Terninix took all my money and i cannot hire anyone else.
