Computer Repair
Steve took the time to listen to her concerns, show her what he was doing to the Notebook system when changes were made, and explained to her why he was making the changes. That was the really great Customer Service that he provided. He listened to her concerns and then explained to her what was causing the problems that she was experiencing. Then he gave her special access to a website so that he could help her remotely with an issue she was having with a flash drive. And for all this, he charged her no additional $ for his time. I rate Steve with an A+ for excellent customer service.
