SPRINT

This amount pays for unlimited access for myself and my son through SPRINT. I am due for an upgrade on my phone, and I asked if I could put it on my bill - which is what I did with this one - and they said I couldn't. I'd have to pay for it because they don't put new phones on your bill anymore. I told them that wasn't good enough. I've been a customer for ever, I pay my bill regular yet you won't let me put a phone on my bill! I'm waiting for the manager to ring me back about this. I have very few dropped calls. I like it that whenever there's anything wrong they will check it out for me. The service at the shop is impeccable. Reception is good, I can hear the calls good. The prices are reasonable - this service with another carrier would cost me almost $400 a month. I've got unlimited everything. I've got the Samsung Galaxy with 4G. Most of the people have been very nice and good at explaining things to me. SPRINT do have a contract and it is two years.
