Snake 'n' Rooter

The employee was unfamiliar with a septic system. He opened the main line and it spilled all over the floor of the basement. It got our electronics in the basement wet including a surge protector & gaming system. He tried to claim that it had leaked prior to his arrival, however, we had checked it that morning before we called as well as when we showed him the line. Then he just quickly left after taking our payment. NEVER call these people. They will leave your house worse than it started.

Wonderful. The service person, Tom, was very professional & did a wonderful job.

My hot water heater developed a serious leak on a Friday evening,  I immediately called Koehler Plumbing, which had done A+ work for me before.  When I called, a woman answered as Koehler Plumbing, and I was pleased to learn that he could come on Saturday morning.  Mr. Koehler worked on his own, so I was surprised when a different person came to my house on Saturday.  That man explained that Mr. Koehler had recently retired and had sold his business to Snake n Rooter.  So, my only complaint is that they didn't explain this to me when I scheduled service.  Fortunately, the plumber who came was courteous and helpful.  He diagnosed that I needed a new hot water heater, which was very true.  The heater started leaking again that weekend, worse than before.  I believe he hadn't shut off the water completely.  But, he did come back right away that weekend to stop the leak.  On Monday, he installed the new hot water heater, which has performed very well.  (He was an hour or so late due to an emergency job.  They did let me know.)  Unbelievably, my home furnace also went out that same weekend.  The furnace and hot water heater are in the same closet, so the two service providers had to coordinate their timing.  The plumber from Snake n Rooter handled that very well and even passed along some helpful information to the person who worked on the furnace.  Finally, the plumber also agreed to install a garbage disposal that I had purchased a few months before and had trouble getting installed.  I was very glad to get that done too.  So, all and all, I was pleased with the job that Snake n Rooter did and would call them again in the future. 

It went fine. They always do good. I use them once a year. They are very prompt. They are usually there the same day that I need them. They leave the area fine and we usually can't tell that they were there. They even fixed a step in the back for me. I would recommend them to anyone. They do what they say they are going to.

We had used the same company several years ago and were pleased then. We were very happy to have the same service technician come on this repair call. He remembered all the details relating to the previous job. He was very knowledgable competent and worked expeditiously.
The company's rate was very reasonable, they responded quickly and communicated well. I would highly recommend their service!

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times service was very good. The first time several years ago, the problem was resolved in about 1 hour. This time the service person (the same as the first time) he made every effort he could to solve the problem but the problem was not resolved. He made several good suggestions as to potential problems and explained that they were beyond the scope of the company. The charges were fair and reasonable for the time spent. I feel he did a very good job and I would use their service again.
