I needed a new battery and I was caught in a pickle, so they came and picked me up. They sold me a new battery and replaced the dead one, but then found about $500 worth of maintenance I "needed". I agreed to pay it, but when I went onto justanswer.com and asked a Honda technician expert, he said that I had overpaid for the services provided. I also do not think I really needed the services - because my dashboard had a maintenance minder and it hadn't gone off for any major service - I just wish I had thought of that BEFORE I paid them over $500. I would not trust this auto servicer, I think they must be compensated on commission - which means they inflate prices and exaggerate your needs.

I generally know what car I want when I go to the dealership. The sales manager showed me the cars available that meet my specifications and quotes a fair price the first time. I did not have to waste my time with going back and forth to arrive at a price. The deal was completed in a very short time and I had my car right away. I feel like the sales manager I talked to was respectful and honest with me. I have always shopped around and almost always ended up purchasing from Sharp.
