The man fixed the toilet for a low price and this March did the repair work needed at less than half the price the other plumbers' bid. In addition did a very good job. I highly recommend his company.

Bob knew exactly what needed to be fixed after describing the problem over the phone. He showed up promptly and had the valve replaced within minutes of arriving. Bob has also done heating/cooling work for us in the past and has always provided A+ service!!!
Honest and trustworthy I would not hesitate to have him work in my home even if I was not able to be home during the repair.

Mr Rowland fixed it for a low price but then stayed to see if it worked correctly. There was still a slow leak because the old toilet was bad. He suggested buying a new one for a low price at Lowes. He drove out to Lowes and helped me pick one up and then brought it back with me. He then installed it and didn't charge me a penny for all of the work he had done on the original repair. To top it off he made an appointment for 1:00PM and showed up at exactly 1:00Pm. I have never had a better repairman or plumber. I hardly recommend him to anyone. The new toilet is much better than the old broken down one. I highly recommend Rowland and Company.

Robert Rowland was on time, very affordable, polite and knowledgeable. He is a licensed mechanical contractor and handles heating and air conditioning issues, as well as plumbing. I recommend him highly and will call him in the future.

He's done my plumbing for years and I've never had a problem. He is dependable and trustworthy. I have no fears of telling him to go into my house when I am not here. He is honest and he will not do anything that doesn't need to be done. I've asked him for years if I should replace my water heater because it was 28 years old. He said not to replace it until it quits. He is a straight old-fashioned kind of guy. He doesn't need to advertise because he has enough business from satisfied customers. I've used him for over 20 years and a lot of my friends use him. I wouldn't suggest anything to a friend that wasn't good. He recommends other people to me that will not charge an arm and a leg. I think his prices are good. He was ten minutes late today because he got hung up at home. He is very professional.
