What a great experience!
Initially I called another company at random who was booked for the day. That company referred me to Right Way Moving. I left a message for a return call and made contact with a few other companies who were also booked but again referred me to Right way Moving. The issue, I needed the new sofa that I purchased picked up from the store TODAY!
Within an hour I heard from "Cheryl". She worked with me and her crew to squeeze me in AND make it convenient for me! I wasn't looking for favors being as desperate as I was! Sure enough...their crew finished their prior job and were on their way.
Two really pleasant gentlemen arrived ready to haul my old sofa down a flight of stairs and carry in my new heavy sofa up a flight of stairs. With the utmost care and concern they got the job done to perfection. They even let me call in with my credit card AFTER performing the service (not sure that's customary, but due to all the time constraints it was so appreciated).
I WOULD NOT HIRE ANOTHER MOVER AGAIN. I have found my moving company for as long as they are in business and I'm in Topeka.
