They were very competitive on price and very responsive to our requests. They also provided some different reccomendations/alternatives as far as gas/electric/tankless, etc. They placed advanced phone call to confirm delivery and installation times and were very responsive. They also cleaned up everything after the installation and hauled away the old units.
