Very well, quality work!

It took about an hour to 1 1/2 hour, price was really good. 1 Technician did the work, was fast knew what he was doing and did a good job left place clean. found a problem with unit and fixed it.

Air conditioning had stopped working on a Sunday Afternoon. I called Monday morning for service and by 1:00 PM the Service Tech had arrived. The tech replaced the old motor and added two pounds of R-22. The AC is now functioning properly. This is the third time I have used this company and I have been very satisfied with their work and responsiveness. I will not hesitate to use Modern Air of Topeka in the future.

This company did a great job! We were able to schedule an estimate within a week of calling and had the work done within a week after we told them we were ready. The installers were the cleanest, friendliest, most professional workmen we've ever had in our home. I normally hate having strangers in my house, but I was completely comfortable with them coming in and out as they worked. They installed the air conditioning unit the first day (worked steadily all day) and the furnace and related ventilation the next day (finished by 1 pm the second day). We noticed about 4 days later that the air coming out of the vents was not cold, so we called them the next morning. They sent someone out within 2 hours (no charge). The new coil had a leak and was frozen. They installed a new coil that day (no charge) and it has been functioning properly since. The gentleman who replaced the coil stopped by about a week later (we didn't request this) to confirm that everything was working well. This was above and beyond, and we really appreciated the follow-up. This is a great company with superb customer service.
