An appointment was made to drop the car off. It took them four days to complete the work, because of the painting work done. They completed the work on the day they said, but it took a long wait in the office to get out. Then they left a tool inside the bumper and I had to take the car back to have it removed. Otherwise the car looked okay after the work was completed.

My daughter was hit by another driver and the rear passenger side of the car was bashed in. Lewis did a terrific job of repairing it. Door wasn't closing properly so we took it back and they were very helpful, fixed the problem, and told us to come back if anything else needed to be tweeked.

Someone backed into my vehicle. Lewis Collision gave me an estimate and made arrangements with the insurance company. Our town had suffered a hail storm just a couple of days after the accident, so they were very busy. Lewis Collision Center scheduled my appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Lewis Collision Center replaced the bumper. They also arranged for a rental car paid for by insurance. There was a delay in receiving the parts. Lewis Collision Center called and discussed this prior to the time my car was to be completed and arranged to extend the time I was to use the rental car. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

It went great. I came in and got the estimate and they scheduled the appointment that day. I brought it in a week later and the work was completed in 4 days.
