It was part of a promotion, they sent me a key in the mail to earn a spin for a chance at winning money or a prize. I had already been considering trading in my other car for a new one, so I went to check it out. They did work with me on what I could afford, and gave me a great rate on my car loan. In the end, I think that I paid about $20,000 for the car, and then there was another $4,000 in taxes and warranties and GAP insurance. The only way that worked out was that they gave me a decent trade-in value on my existing vehicle, otherwise I think I overpaid on the car by a couple thousand dollars. Also, they never did give me my prize at the end... which I won $2. It isn't the amount, but the principle of it, that if they're going to use a gimmick, they should keep up their end of the bargain. The warranty I got from Toyota was amazing - 9 years or 150,000 miles. I do think they were professional and worked with me, but I also think in the end I overpaid for this car.

The maintenance work was completed adequately. There was a wait although I had an appointment. Lewis charges more for the services than other garages charge for the same services.
