The diagnostics fees was $90 and I did not like that. That takes less than five minutes in front of a computer. They did not do the work. That's very frustrating. They are professional, knowledgeable, they helped me with other vehicles. But, I refused that service because of the diagnostics fees that was very expensive. I am asking them to charge accordingly for the right repair, but not for the diagnostics. Overall, I am grading them a C. Unfortunately, I will use them in the future.

Well, I like that they have someone devoted to driving you back to work so you don't have to wait there. The driver is always very punctual at pickup. Took car for oil change and one warranty repair, they ended up doing another warranty repair that I didn't know about. Their oil changes are a little pricier, but they always do a good job.

The employees here are the best. My car is my office. I drive around seeing patients all day, sometimes out of county on gravel or low-maintenance roads. I've had a lot of flat tires. These guys are always honest with me about what is wrong and how fast they can help me. It minimizes my wait time. Speaking of wait time, the waiting room has comfortable chairs as well as free water and coffee. Or, if you can't wait, the courtesy shuttle will give you a ride home or to the office, and come pick you up when it's done.
