A little miscommunication on the start date but the crews worked very efficiently and quickly. Was expecting it to take longer but they got the new fence up in short order. My dogs were VERY glad to have their yard back! Still missing the caps for the posts (backordered) and two of the latches only would lock from the outside. Was told they would replace them with an alternate latch but not heard back yet on either issue.

When they got done, I noticed the gate was off.  I had to call who oversaw the project to look at another gate.  My husband had to come home to open another part of the gate.  I asked him to look at the gate on the driveway.  Christmas came and the ground was freezing, so I didn't pursue.  Then, I got a bill after Christmas for about $2000.  This was the balance.  I asked them to come out again.  I gave a $1000 toward the $6300.  He said he would fix the daycare entrance, then left.  The next week, the owner contacted my husband to meet.  They said they were going to pull the fence if we didn't pay.  The next week, Dirk called me.  He was very antagonistic and bullying on the phone.  He said he would come out at 2:15.  My husband called him and told him not to bully my wife. We paid them in full. They never repaired either gate the way they were suppose to.

Ok - when we asked for estimate they indicated they were booked for the next 6 weeks and would try to squeeze us in. Scheduling was done on Friday's.  They said they would call when they could get us in.  About 5 weeks later they showed up to confirm they could work - they began early the next morning and took a couple of hours to complete the work.

Salesman was polite and addressed the concerns. Worked creatively solved problems in difficult areas and explained what the problems gate we are used again him. Overall, very satisfied.

They showed up for work on Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, and started pulling apart the part of the old fence that was to be replaced. My husband said that they stayed on the job until it was done, then started digging the holes for the fence posts. I got home about 5:15 PM and they were already gone, but they were coming back the next day to finish pouring the cement and setting the poles. On Saturday, another crew showed up and finished setting the poles, finished cleaning up the yard, and were done in early afternoon. They told us that they were going to let the cement set (luckily, no rain! VBG), and would be back on Monday to put the fencing up. On Monday, they again arrived just after 8:00 AM and finished the job.

All of the people in this company are friendly, polite and professional.

And the one dog is still mad at us 'cos he can't get out anymore! VBG

If you are following the National Wildlife Federation's guidelines for a "certified backyard habitat" to shelter wildlife and you have provided some undergrowth or a brush pile among your offerings to the critters, before you have the work done you might want to tell the company what you would like them to leave behind.  Your yard will otherwise be clean as a whistle.
